You should perform your jelq workout every day. Start with a

time to get started.
Lay down for comfort. Put a little of your favorite lube on
your penis. You want it to be semi-erect, about halfway
between soft and hard. Wrap your thumb and forefinger around
the base of your penis and stroke your fingers toward the

completely encircle your penis so no blood can escape. Now,

100-200 strokes.
